TRIBE Community Connect was created to support young adults with special needs as they transitioned out of their formal school years and into life beyond; a home away from home where they could come together with peers in a supportive, inclusive environment, and begin their journey towards independence.

Education is at the core of everything we do; working with our clients to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to Learn, Discover, and Explore what it means to be a responsible member of their community.

Through a mix of Group and Individual Support options, our supports and programs are designed and delivered to suit the unique learning style and support needs of our clients, so they are able to learn at their own pace, in their own time.

Our Senior Staff are all professionals with over 50+ years of combined experience in the fields of Special Education, Wellness, and Disability Support. 

We believe in taking the time to get to really know you, your individual goals and support needs, and will work with you and your support network to;

LEARN valuable Life Skills such as money management, transport training, increased numeracy and literacy, problem solving and resilience, developing healthy habits and more to build your independence at home and in the community. 

DISCOVER the different pathways available to help you work towards your goals including economic and employment opportunities, volunteering in the local community, and participation in social and creative interest groups and activities. 

EXPLORE the world around you with like-minded individuals, coming together to participate in innovative community access programs that focus on creativity, social interaction, and the natural world.
