Welcome to TRIBE Community Connect

 At TRIBE Community Connect we provide a wide range of support services, skill building and learning programs delivered through our TRIBE Learning Centre, The TRIBE House, out-and-about in the local Sunshine Coast Community, and in the participant's home.  

Through a mix of individual 1:1 supports and group activities, we can ensure our clients learn the skills that they need, at their own pace and suited to their own unique learning style. 


We pride ourselves on tailoring a suitable lifestyle plan for our clients to establish independent living choices and meaningful work/life balance. 


Lead by a Team of highly qualified professionals with over 50 years' experience in the Special Education, Disability and Wellness Industries; TRIBE Community Connect will work with you to create tailored solutions to suit your individual support needs and goals.
